Kilat is prepaid. You top up an IDR wallet, and hosting is paid from it in 30-day terms.
Topping up
- Top up any amount from Rp 10,000 to Rp 10,000,000 on the Wallet page.
- Scan the QRIS code with GoPay or any QRIS-compatible app and pay the exact amount shown. Payments are matched automatically, checked about every 20 seconds.
- If a top-up is still pending after an hour, contact support with your checkout code and receipt. Do not pay again.
- Other payment methods appear at checkout when they are available.
30-day terms
- Your workspace has one paid term of 30 days that covers all its services.
- Your first deployment pays that service's plan price and starts the term.
- A service added mid-term is charged its full plan price and joins the current term; the term is not extended.
- At renewal, the wallet is charged the total for every service with auto-renew on.
Auto-renew and cancelling
Each service has an auto-renew switch in Billing. Turning it off never removes a service early: it keeps running until the end of the paid term and is retired at the next renewal.
If a renewal fails
If the wallet does not cover a renewal, the workspace has a 3-day grace period to top up. Services can be removed after the grace period ends, so keep your own backups.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your Kilat wallet, not to cash or your payment method. See the refund policy.

Kilat bills hosting only. Usage of AI models is billed by your model provider.
