Is anything free?
One static website per workspace is free on kill.lat. Classic agents and backends are paid, from Rp 25,000 and Rp 10,000 per 30 days at the launch price. The Free plan includes one Flex agent with about 20 awake hours every 30 days, at no cost.
Classic or Flex: which should I choose?
Choose Flex for a personal agent you use during the day and on a schedule: it sleeps when idle, wakes in about a minute and is included in your plan. Choose Classic when the agent must answer instantly, stay connected all the time (for example Discord, Slack socket mode or email) or needs more than 2 GB. You pick the run type when you create the agent and can't change it later.
What happens while a Flex agent sleeps?
Its files, memory, chat history and settings are saved and restored when it wakes. Chat messages wait in your tab and Telegram messages wait with Kilat until it's awake; scheduled tasks wake it when they're due. Sleeping time doesn't use your plan's awake hours. How Flex works.
Do I need my own AI model API key?
Yes: your agent uses your own model provider key, which you add in its Settings. Model API charges are paid separately to your provider. You manage your agent from the Kilat dashboard with your Kilat account; backends don't need a model key.
How long does the launch price last?
The 50% launch price applies to new purchases and renewals. We'll announce its end at least 30 days in advance; after that, renewals use the regular price shown crossed out today.
Which agents and sizes can I run?
Classic agents come in Small, Medium and Large (1, 2 and 4 GB RAM); Flex agents have 2 GB; backends (PocketBase) in 256 MB, 512 MB and 1 GB. Every agent starts from General Assistant (Default) or one of 11 private personas. Availability depends on host capacity.
How do payments and renewals work?
Scan a QRIS code with GoPay or any QRIS-compatible app and pay the exact checkout amount. Our system automatically matches incoming merchant transactions to pending top-ups; checks are scheduled every 20 seconds. Your wallet updates after a matching payment is received, but provider delays or service interruptions can take longer. If it remains pending after 1 hour, contact support with your checkout code and payment receipt; do not pay again. Can I register a domain with Kilat.host?
Yes. Search from the Domains page in your workspace and pay from your wallet for 1 to 5 years; the price shown includes PPN. .id, .com, .net, .xyz, .my.id, .web.id, .biz.id, .net.id, .ai.id, and .ponpes.id go live right after registration. .co.id, .or.id, .ac.id, and .sch.id are for organizations: you pay first, upload the registrant's documents, and the domain goes live once the registry approves them, or your payment returns to your wallet if they are rejected. Auto-renew charges your wallet up to 30 days before expiry.
Can I run my agent in any region at any time?
Available now: Jakarta. Coming soon: Singapore and USA. A region can fill up, and checkout only offers regions with room for your plan. Live capacity is on the status page. Each plan lists the memory your app can use; storage limits are separate.
How long does an agent take to start?
Startup time varies with host readiness, image downloads, and application initialization. A first deployment may need to pull the container image before starting. Follow the service status in your workspace; there is no timing guarantee.
