Service and account
Kilat.host provides a control panel for managed Hermes Agent and n8n hosting. Create an account to manage your workspace, services, and IDR wallet. Keep your account, deployment credentials, and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for having permission to use content you deploy.
Wallet, payments, and renewal
Fund your IDR wallet through the QRIS instructions shown in checkout, using GoPay or any QRIS-compatible payment app. Pay the exact displayed amount and check payment status before paying again. Payment matching runs periodically; payment confirmation and provisioning are not guaranteed within a fixed time. Contact support for a payment that remains unmatched.
Hosting is purchased from wallet balance for a 30-day billing period, not a calendar month. Review the displayed price and available capacity before purchasing. Auto-renewal, when enabled, charges your wallet for the next period. You can turn it off in service controls; stopping or restarting an app does not turn off renewal. Maintain enough balance if you want renewal. Failed renewal can result in a grace period followed by service and data deletion; check the paid-through and grace dates shown in your account. Wallet credit is not a bank account or savings product.
Refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy. A wallet top-up does not guarantee deployment capacity. Purchases and deployments depend on available hosts in your selected region.
Capacity, API keys, outages, and backups
Resources shown for a plan are allocations, not performance benchmarks or a guarantee of unlimited disk, bandwidth, or availability. Model access uses your own provider API key (BYOK). You contract with and pay that provider separately; its limits, charges, and outages are outside the hosting price.
Starter plans are light-use hobby tiers. Large workflow payloads, agent tools, or subprocesses can exhaust their memory; Standard provides more headroom but no guarantee for a particular workload. Infrastructure operators can access container configuration and persistent data. Use separate, least-privilege provider keys with spending limits; do not use unrestricted production keys or sensitive workloads. Revoke or rotate keys after removing a service.
Hosting, networking, payment providers, and upstream applications may suffer outages or maintenance. No uptime SLA or fixed recovery deadline is promised. Keep independent backups of important data and export it before deleting a service or allowing it to expire. Do not rely on Kilat.host as your only copy. Deletion removes application data; recreation preserves the persistent volume but is not a backup.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity, malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, or infringement of others' rights. Do not abuse shared infrastructure or evade access controls. Access may be restricted or suspended to address abuse or protect systems; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Plan availability, prices, and these terms may change. Review the price shown before a new purchase or renewal and the effective date on this page. Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
