# Billing and support

Source: https://kilat.host/docs/billing-and-support

Kilat is prepaid. You top up an IDR wallet, and hosting is paid from it in 30-day terms.

Wallet balance can only pay for Kilat.host services, renewals, and domain purchases or renewals. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account, e-wallet, or another user.

## Topping up

- Top up any amount from Rp 10,000 to Rp 10,000,000 on the **Wallet** page.
- Scan the QRIS code with GoPay or any QRIS-compatible app and pay the **exact** amount shown. Payments are matched automatically, checked about every 20 seconds.
- If a top-up is still pending after an hour, [contact support](https://kilat.host/contact) with your checkout code and receipt. Do not pay again.
- Other payment methods appear at checkout when they are available.

## 30-day terms

- Each service has its own paid-through date.
- Every deployment pays its plan price and receives 30 days from purchase.
- A service added mid-term gets its own full 30 days; it does not inherit another service's remaining days.
- Automatic renewal charges only due services with auto-renew on. Manual renewal extends every retained service by 30 days from its own paid-through date or today, whichever is later.

## Flex awake time and PAYG

Flex plans share an included GB-hour allowance across your agents. Plan & billing shows used and included time and each agent's usage. Billing starts when the agent starts; cold boots and sleeping time are free. Classic billing is unchanged.

Only you can enable extra awake time and set a whole-rupiah monthly cap. PAYG is off by default. Extra usage settles hourly from your wallet; the cap resets each calendar month in Asia/Jakarta, independently of your plan term.

Ten-minute funding reservations and accrued usage reduce available wallet funds before charges post. When included time, funds or your cap runs out, Flex agents sleep after their state is saved. Delayed enforcement is not charged beyond authorized usage. Turning PAYG off does not undo usage already authorized. MCP can read usage, but cannot enable PAYG or change spending limits.

## Launch price

Plans are currently 50% off their regular price, for new purchases and renewals. We'll announce the end of the launch price at least 30 days in advance; renewals after that use the regular price, which checkout shows crossed out today. One static website per workspace is free; agents and backends are paid plans.

## Auto-renew and cancelling

Each service has an auto-renew switch in **Billing**. Turning it off keeps the service until its own paid-through date, then suspends runtime access without failure grace. Persistent data is retained for seven days after runtime suspension.

## If a renewal fails

A failed renewal gets three days of grace from that service's paid-through date, then runtime suspension and seven days of retained-data recovery. Kilat sends suspension and purge notices. Use authenticated Support to request manual export or recovery before purge; extending payment does not automatically restart a suspended service. After deletion begins, payment cannot recover it. Keep independent backups.

## Refunds

A failed paid deployment can be retried from its existing service page without another purchase. Failure does not automatically refund or extend its paid term. Contact support for case-by-case review; approved refunds are credited to your Kilat wallet, not to cash or your payment method. See the [refund policy](https://kilat.host/refunds).

## Model usage

Kilat bills hosting only. Usage of AI models is billed by your model provider.

## Support and limits

How to get help, and what Kilat does and does not promise.

### Contacting support

Email [support@kilat.host](mailto:support@kilat.host) with your account email, the service name or order reference, and the app (for example Kilat Agent or PocketBase). Never send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, or superuser credentials.

Check the [status page](https://kilat.host/status) first for region capacity and deployment health.

### Limits to know

- **Plans are allocations.** Plan RAM and CPU are what your app may use, not dedicated hardware or a performance benchmark.
- **The smallest sizes** (Small agents, Starter backends) suit light use. Heavy workloads may need a larger size.
- **No uptime SLA** and no automated disaster recovery. Keep independent backups.
- **Operators can access** service configuration and stored data to run the platform. Do not host data that needs operator-proof confidentiality.
- **Response times** are not guaranteed.

### Reporting a security issue

Email [support@kilat.host](mailto:support@kilat.host). Our [security.txt](https://kilat.host/.well-known/security.txt) lists the current contact.

## What's next

Flex agents and workspace plans are here: see [Flex agents and plans](https://kilat.host/docs/flex-agents). This page shows what we're building next.

Planned, not available yet. Details may change before launch. Nothing changes for services you already run.

### Tools your agent can use

Agents get more tools they can call over MCP, each with an allowance in your plan. Use beyond the allowance is billed from the same IDR wallet, with a spending cap you control.

| Tool | What it does | Billed by |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Websites | Publish a site on kill.lat or your own domain | Site, per 30 days |
| Backends | Databases and APIs your agent builds on, such as PocketBase | Backend, per 30 days |
| Browser | A headless browser the agent can drive | Minutes in use |
| Code sandbox | An isolated place to run code and commands | Minutes in use |
| Extra compute | Awake time beyond your plan, only if you turn it on | Hours awake |

Model usage stays with your own provider key. Domain registration keeps its current per-order pricing.

### What stays the same

- Today's Classic agent and PocketBase plans keep running and renewing as they are, with the same 30-day terms from your wallet.
- They become the always-on (24/7) option next to the new plans, for agents that must never sleep.
- The launch price on today's plans follows the notice described in [Wallet and billing](https://kilat.host/docs/billing-and-support#launch-price).

### Getting updates

We'll announce prices, limits and dates on this page and on the [home page](https://kilat.host/#next). Questions or requests: [support@kilat.host](mailto:support@kilat.host).
